Why Little Blessings Exists

Little Blessings was born from personal experience. As a single mother who has walked through difficult seasons herself, the founder knows how meaningful it can be when someone chooses to show up. That experience became the heart behind an organization built on compassion, dignity, and the belief that no family should have to face hard times alone.

Through that difficult season, she experienced firsthand how meaningful it can be when people show up. Family, friends, community programs, and ordinary people offered support in different ways. Sometimes the help was practical. Sometimes it was encouragement. Sometimes it was simply knowing someone cared enough to stand beside her.

Those experiences changed the way she viewed community and support. She learned that a small act of kindness can have a much bigger impact than the person giving it may ever realize. A meal can matter. A bag of groceries can matter. A child's Christmas gift can matter. A pair of new shoes can matter. Someone showing up can matter.

That understanding became the foundation for Little Blessings. We exist because the founder knows what it feels like to need a helping hand, and she wants families in her community to receive support without shame, judgment, or feeling forgotten. The goal is not simply to provide things. The goal is to remind people that they matter.

Sometimes, the blessing begins with realizing you don't have to do it alone.

The Butterfly Behind Little Blessings

The butterfly represents transformation, growth, resilience, and becoming who you are meant to be after a difficult season. It is a symbol of the journey from surviving to rebuilding, from feeling broken to discovering strength, and from one difficult chapter to a new beginning.
